1. Left friday afternoon for Ogden Utah with Jolene for a horse clinic with Clinton Anderson.
2. The clinic started Saturday morning. It was exciting to see him in person and watch him in action with his horse. It is just amazing how much his horse can do.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4dVWf-i7qpo
3.During the weekend he brought in several horses from the area and taught all his steps for having a horse that will do what ever you ask.
4. Hopefully once it warms up I'll still be motivated enough to continue using the downunder horseman techniques with Millie. I am hoping to break her herd bound behavior so I can ride her without her always trying to get back to her buddies.
5. We started puppy kindergarten with Chief last week. He wasn't able to play with the other puppies last week because he wasn't suppose to play rough with his leg. This week it was fun to see him run around the room with all the other puppies. After this class he should be well socialized with other dogs and people. He is already proving to be great dog!
6. Chief's leg is doing great. He still will limp on it, but he mostly walks normal on it now. I'm glad he was a quick healer.
7. Went to a prenatal class tuesday night put on by my doctor's office. It was good just to get some education on the basics of what to expect.
8. Although I have been feeling pretty good, sometimes I get really sore. With my belly growing I am always uncomfortable when I am on my feet for to long.
9.Right now tums are my new favorite thing. When ever I start feeling a little sick a suck on a tums and I usually feel better.
10. I am glad I have tomorrow off. I am so ready for a day to sleep in!

Ten on Tuesday
1. We were very busy last week at work. I was only able to take 15-20 min for lunch which really makes for long days.
Here is Chief taking advantage of some time next to Barney. It doesn't happen very often, Barney only really tolerates the puppy, although I think he is getting use to the idea that he is always around.
2.I had my doctors appointment on thursday and I really enjoyed the ultrasound. I didn't realize how much they could check, including blood flow around the umbilical cord. It was such a relief to learn that every thing looked they way it should.
3. We now have church at 9:00 and the really nice thing about that it I can come home prepare dinner and then take a nap without worrying about preparing the rest til much later.
4. I recently got set up on skype and it has been fun connecting with everyone.
5. Chief stopped using his bad leg on Saturday. I don't think he was feeling well, because he wouldn't even eat. Sunday he was better but still barely toe touching by monday so I took him with me to work.
6. They took an xray to see how his leg was doing, and to my surprise his bone had already healed. So the doctor took out his pins, yeah!! just a couple weeks of restrictive activity and he should be all better.
7. He still walks funny on his leg and the muscles have really atrophied. hopefully now that he has a little more freedom of movement he will be able to rebuild some muscle and start using the leg normally.
8. I was excited to finally get to watch 24. It has been too long with out Jack Bauer and Chloe. I love that they brought Tony back.
9.

I took this picture a couple weeks ago to show how big Chief was getting. This is Chief's paw on Dave's hand. His feet have gotten even bigger, I really need to get a new pic.

It's A Boy!!!
I had my ultrasound today. We are both very excited to be having a boy. Now I feel like I can really start planning. The baby looked healthy and he is growing at the rate that they expect.
looking straight at his face.

Ten on Tuesday
1. We got so much snow the sunday and monday before christmas, that it took Dave a good 40 minutes to dig my car out of the driveway so I could make it to work on tuesday. And since the weather reports said that it would be snowing the rest of the week I was sure we would never make it to California.
2. Wednesday morning I piled all the animals in the car so that I could leave them at work while we were gone. Just think of the fun, 2 cats and three dogs all on the backseat of my car!
3. Dave and I opened our presents Christmas Eve, since we were traveling early the next morning. My present from Dave hadn't arrived yet. He bought me a saddle!!! It arrived yesterday and I love it. I got Dave Guitar Hero world tour, so we spent a couple hours playing before calling it a night.
4.Thursday morning we headed to the Idaho Falls airport with Daniel and Heather. Our plane was already at the airport but our flight was delayed. They had to wait for permission to take off because it was snowing so bad. Finally they had us board the airplane but then we had to wait for them to plow the runway and deice the plane. It took them a little longer because the truck with the deicer ran out of fluids so they had to borrow some from another airline. We finally left Idaho Falls 40 minutes late and just missed our connection in Salt lake by a couple minutes. We were able to get a new flight a couple hrs later and finally arrived in California at around 3:00.
5. We stopped at Grandma and Grandpa Dickson's place for a short visit, before heading over to Dave's Family for Christmas Dinner. We had Filet Mignon, yummy! After opening a few gifts and visiting for a while we headed over to my family where we would be spending the night.
6. Got up Friday morning for some family pictures with the Griffiths. For the first time in a few years everyone was around for christmas.
7. Went with Kerri to visit Kirstin and had a great time. Lia was so cute and not very shy.
8. Saturday my mom, Kerri, Adam and I went to Gilroy for a little shopping and Panda express(yum) while Dave went dirt bike riding the Dennis and family.
9. We left for Reno late that afternoon in my parents Saturn. With Daniel, Heather, and Kyle in the back set it made for a tight ride. We spent the night at Circus Circus before continuing our trip back to Idaho Sunday morning.
10. Stopped in Idaho Falls on our way back to Rexburg to pick up all the animals. They sure were happy to see us!
