Ten on Tuesday
2. Friday We went to dinner at Stockman's with a few friends. The food was good. This is only the second time we have eaten there, last time I was feeling so sick I couldn't enjoy anything. I was glad this time I was feeling good enough to eat.
3. Went to a baby shower for a neighbor/friend Saturday morning. I didn't know anyone there but it was still fun.
4. It was actually warm this weekend, so we decided to take the boat for a ride Saturday afternoon. Daniel was the only one crazy enough to get in the water. It was nice to get a little sun, even if we couldn't do anything but drive around the lake.
5. The weather has been wonderful the past four days, even reaching the 90's monday.
6. Sunday I decided to try out the prime rib we had received from a friend. After getting some directions from my mom it was pretty easy to do. It seemed to be a big hit with everyone.
7. Wow, it is a lot of work trying to water our lawn. By sunday the grass had really started to dry out. I spent all morning/evening moving the hose every 20 min and I still haven't reached every where. It seems like a never ending chore.
8.Watched Evan Almighty Sunday evening. I thought it was a good movie with an uplifting message. Too bad there aren't more comedies like it. Also watched National Treasure 2 this weekend. I really enjoyed it. I wonder if they are planning on making a third. I wonder what was on page 47?
9. Had to take Tevi into work to day. Sunday she had peed in the laundry basket. I thought she was just being lazy, but yesterday I noticed some bloody urine. poor girl has a bladder infection. hopefully she will recover quickly on the antibiotics.
10. Our fence was finished thursday and that dogs really enjoy being able to run around. When we left for the lake Saturday we left the dogs in the back, when we got home Frodo was on the wrong side of the fence. We found the hole he dug under one of the gates and filled with some cement. The problem is he panics when he doesn't know where I am, so I guess he was trying to get to me. Dave set up our chain link kennel, so that we can leave him outside when I go to work. He is really good about getting into his kennel. otherwise Barney loves spending time out side. I love being able to send them outside when every they want, instead of forcing them to stay inside all day.

Ten on Tuesday
2. I still can't believe that it is the second week of June and has been staying below 60. Windy, cold and wet! I am so ready for summer weather.
3. It was so windy Friday night that all the pretty pink flowers on the tree in our front yard blew off. And it was getting so pretty, well at least the ones in the back still have flowers.
4. Spent all week stressing about my talk for Sunday. I was glad I was able to write it by Tuesday. Dave was even more nervous than me, so I offered to help him write his. Soon helping him turned into me preparing a second talk. By Sunday morning I was feeling so sick I just wanted to stay home.
5. I was shaking pretty hard at the pulpit and my mouth was dry. I was embarrassed that like always I started to cry. I just can't seem to control myself when I am that nervous. Dave was glad that I was able to take up 15 min, even with my speed reading. Everyone seemed to enjoy our talks, even though I thought mine was a mess. A few people even thanked us so messages must have done some good.
6. Spent the rest of the day reading The Host. I loved that book! It was painful to put it down long enough to make dinner. I was drawn in from the very beginning. It has a great message on what it truly means to be human and the power of the human bond. I think it may just be my favorite book, Stephanie Meyer sure can write.
7. Did some weeding last night will Dave mowed the lawn. The weeds have gotten pretty bad, especially in the back garden. I just can't motivate myself to weed when it is raining. I need warm weather to stay outside for long.
8. They finally have started the fence for our backyard. I am excited that by tomorrow night the dogs will have a yard to run in. They will love it.
9. Went this morning to get my hair cut, it was starting to get out of control. It's nice to have my hair thinned out again, much more manageable.
10. It snowed today in Wyoming on Dave's route. yuck!

Ten on Tuesday

Piper enjoying some time in the sun, she is ready for some boating!(well maybe not)
3. Went to our friend's Brad and Jolene for a BBQ Saturday night. The food was great, and afterwards we set our Christmas tree( ya we still had it) on fire in their fire pit. I think the flames must had reached 30 feet, know wonder they can be such a fire hazard.
4. One of their mares was in season so they decided to try and give their young stallion a try. It was pretty entertaining watching the young horse try and figure out what he was doing. Hopefully in about 11 months they will have a new baby.
5. They finally caught us on Sunday and now we have to talk this coming week. I am so not looking forward to it. I think Dave is even more nervous than me.
6. they were really slow at work today, so they called to give me the option of staying home. it is nice to only work four days, I wish I could always be on that schedule!
7.Finally went in this morning and got the boat registered in Idaho. I didn't realize it was going to take so long, but at least now we are legal to take it out.
8. I have officially past my year mark at work. It sure doesn't feel like it already has been a year since we moved here. time flies!
9. Had Daniel and Heather over for dinner last night. They had just gotten into town from California and their honeymoon. They got married on Friday and it sounds like they had a great time!
10.Well, I guess I should stop putting off preparing my talk.
