Oakland Temple

On March 27th we were finally able to attend the Temple for Brianna and Aaron's sealing. The weather was perfect and it was a Beautiful day. At first the plan was for me to wait outside with the kids since they were only allowed to have 10 people attend their sealing. But just a few minutes before Dave came and found me letting me know there was room for one more. I was thrilled to be able to enter the temple after so long a be there to support Brianna and Aaron.

New Year

Just a  little catch up in the new year. The State of California has still been lock down because of Covid. The boys are all still on distance learning and we are hoping things will start to get back to normal. The kids lives have been on hold for much too long.

January Nathan officially became a Deacon in our Church.  His Cousin Carson and him both received the priesthood from their dads.

We did make it to the Cabin February 6th to visit after a really great snow storm. there was a lot of snow to sled down the driveway on and the kids had a great time.

Getting a little comfort from Oliver.

March 27th we headed to the temple for Brianna and Aaron's sealing. It was a beautiful day.

December

We were busy in December. I made a simplified advent activity calendar since Covid has greatly limited what we are able to do.

                                                        Painted some ornaments.

                                                        Decorated gingerbread houses.
Frosted sugar cookies with cousin Daniel Baerwaldt!

December 19th we gathered in Randalynn's backyard for a Brianna and Aaron's wedding. Due to Covid the temple was closed so plans were changed and they held a small ceremony and reception here in Hollister.

                                                              My handsome men!

Christmas Eve we gathered at Grandma and Grandpa Dickson's. The kids put on the Nativity and enjoyed fishing for their gifts from the fish pond.

Cookies and milk out ready for Santa to come!

The Stockings were hung by the fireplace with care.
